We strengthen underserved communities by supporting at-risk youth and seniors through physical activity, mental resilience, emotional support, inclusion, and social connection; empowering generations to thrive together.

Strengthen underserved, intergenerational communities where at-risk youth and seniors experience improved health, well-being, inclusion, and meaningful social connection.
Ensure equitable access to physical activity, emotional support, and resilience-building opportunities so individuals of all ages and abilities can live healthy, connected, and fulfilling lives.

AND ACTIVITIES
Bear Lake Outreach provides charitable and educational programs that promote physical health, emotional well-being, mental resilience, social connection, and inclusion. Programs include:

Wellness education and stress-management instruction

Facilitated group activities that foster peer support, belonging, and social engagement

All programs are preventative and educational and do not include clinical or therapeutic services. Activities are designed to empower participants with knowledge, skills, and social support to improve their overall health and resilience.
